Shin-Nippon TC-450 Tilt Chair The Shin-nippon TC-450 Tilt Chair has a sealed hydraulic system which provides smooth, quiet and reliable up and down movement. It is operated by an up and down switch on the control panel located on side of the backrest, which also has a stop switch for intermediate positioning. Tilting is controlled by an electro-magnet locking mechanism that permits effortless tilting motion and instant locking at any desired position by pressing and releasing the thumb switch.
